Adding the Digital Form to the Home Screen on iPhone

Step 1

Open the Safari browser and enter the link to your digital form. After the page loads, tap the share button – the middle button on the bottom bar.

Step 2

After tapping the share button, tap ‘Add to Home Screen’.

Step 3

Then tap the ‘Add’ button.

Step 4

After you tap ‘Add’, the digital form will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open your form page.
