Introduction
Welcome to the GoMixApp system. The platform was designed to give you maximum flexibility in managing your digital bulletin board, enabling ongoing updates from anywhere at any time – directly from your mobile phone, tablet, or computer, with no app installation required.
This guide will help you understand how to edit text, manage media, and embed videos on your bulletin board in a simple and efficient way.
Key Principle: Separation Between Design and Content
To simplify day-to-day work and prevent visual issues on the board, the system creates a clear separation between template editing (Design) and content management (Content).
The Design Editor: Used to build the overall structure of the bulletin board (zone placement, font sizes, brand colors).
Content Management: The place where you work day-to-day. Here you update messages, upload images, and swap music. This approach ensures you can quickly update information from your mobile device without worrying about accidentally moving elements in the fixed design.
Step 1 – Adding and Editing a Text Sequence (News Ticker / Messages)
The text area on the bulletin board is used for ticker messages, urgent updates, or greetings. You can manage multiple messages that will be displayed sequentially, one after another.
How is this done?
Enter the management interface and select the desired text area on the screen.
Click on “Edit Content”.
In the window that opens, you can add a new message by typing the text in the designated line.
Want to change an existing message? Click on it and edit the text.
You can set the duration each message will be displayed and the order in which they appear.
When finished, click “Save” and the screen will update automatically.
Step 2 – Adding and Editing a Media Sequence (Images and Videos)
The media area is the visual heart of the digital bulletin board. Here you can display a rotating image gallery, short video clips, or designed advertisements.
How is this done?
Select the media area (the central or side area) in the management interface.
Click the “Add Media” button.
Upload files (images or videos) directly from your mobile gallery or from a folder on your computer.
Arranging the sequence: You can drag the files to change the order in which they appear on the screen.
Want to remove an image? Click the delete icon next to the file.
Don’t forget to click “Save and Update” to complete the action.
Step 3 – Embedding YouTube Videos and Playlists (Including Music)
The system allows you to stream content to the bulletin board directly from YouTube, an excellent solution for displaying corporate videos, live broadcasts, or playing pleasant background music in the lobby through playlists.
How is this done?
In the area designated for video or music, select the YouTube option.
Copy the link (URL) of the video or playlist from YouTube.
Paste the link into the appropriate field in the system.
Advanced settings: You can set whether the video plays in a loop (infinite repeat), whether to mute the sound (Mute), or play with audio.
Confirming the action will cause the screen to start playing the content immediately (subject to an internet connection).
