Admittedly, most businesses do not lack digital tools; they have too many. For example, someone updates a screen by USB stick, staff print forms and scan them back, a business card goes stale the day a phone number changes, and the kitchen reprints a menu for every price change. Individually, each tool works on its own. Together, however, they cost hours every week.
GoMixApp therefore brings those into one cloud platform. Likewise, the same interface that updates a screen in a shop also issues a digitally signed form, changes a menu and swaps a playlist. In practice, one person updates everything, sets permissions once, and rolls back any change from a logged version history.

Digital signage and LED screens
First of all, this is the oldest and best-documented product line. Remote-managed digital signage shows promotions, prices, notices and media. In practice, you schedule content ahead, then update one branch or dozens at once. Furthermore, LED screens for business and stores add outdoor display and high brightness on top of it.
Who uses it in practice: shops and cafes updating prices; property managers and residential buildings running a notice board for residents; and institutions, organisations and communities showing information that changes constantly. To begin with, Caesarea holds the most complex of the seven: an outdoor kiosk pulling live data — a refreshing Israel Railways board, a 3D campus map and company search. Vienna, by contrast, indeed shows the same information in Hebrew and German, and the team manages it from Israel over the cloud.
Community and synagogue information boards
Meanwhile, in Elad the board went live in 2026 with prayer times, the weekly Torah portion, a memorial board and blessings. It also receives Home Front Command alerts, so an emergency message reaches the screen with nobody on site. Finally, Moshav Regba runs a community board of prayer times and committee notices — in other words, a local committee or a small business runs the system on a single screen.
Digital forms and e-signature: how GoMixApp helps businesses drop paper
Digital forms replace the print-sign-scan route. Crucially, the customer completes and signs the form on screen, and the electronic signature stores verification data for legal validity. For example, you can upload an existing PDF or Word document and add fields to it rather than rebuild it from scratch.
Generally, law firms and estate agents signing clients remotely; schools collecting parental consent; building committees signing residents; and, finally, HR teams handling onboarding paperwork. In short, any process that used to travel on paper.
Digital business cards
A digital business card in turn travels by NFC tap or QR scan and updates instantly with no reprinting. Naturally, it carries contact details, social links, navigation and payment, and it therefore replaces both the printed card and the contact page behind it.
Typically, salespeople and independent professionals exchanging details in the field, and also organisations that want every employee presenting one consistent card updated centrally. Above all, nobody reprints anything when a detail changes.
Digital menus and self-ordering kiosks
A digital menu runs on screen and updates remotely. For instance, a price or item change lands immediately, and in addition the menu switches by time of day. Self-ordering kiosks then add touch-screen ordering on top.
