Sending Your Business Card Automatically on WhatsApp for iPhone

Step 1

Download the ‘WhatsApp Business’ app.

Step 2

Tap Settings > Business tools > Greeting message.

Step 3

Turn on the Send greeting message option.

Step 4

In the Message field, type a message to edit it, then tap Save.

Step 5

Tap Recipients and choose an option:

  • Everyone: The greeting message will be sent to anyone who sends you a message.
  • Everyone not in address book: The greeting message will be sent only to customers who are not saved in your contact list.
  • Everyone except…: The greeting message will be sent to all customers except those you choose.
  • Send to only…: The greeting message will be sent only to the customers you choose.

Please note

To send greeting messages, the device must be connected to the internet.
